"What Do You Do With My Information?"

At Five Star Services we respect your privacy and take protecting it seriously. This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through all websites owned and operated by Five Star Services. The use of information collected through our services shall be limited to the purpose of providing the services and providing security to all our Customers as a whole.

Five Star Services is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

"I Am A Subscriber To An Email List Owned By Five Star Services."

Your email address, name, address and phone number you provide to us are held in strict confidence. We only keep your information on our email list that you subscribed to, so our Customers and Five Star Services can send you email ads related to the targeted categories you requested information on.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed in order to provide services to our Customers. We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

All customer information is held in strict confidence. We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. We do not sell or share your information with anyone. We only collect information like your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, geographic information, online and device identifiers, and billing information so we can provide the services described on our websites.

"Services Providers"

Five Star Services does not disclose or distribute collected personal information to non-agent third parties. Five Star Services will offer individuals the opportunity to choose (opt-out) whether their personal information is to be disclosed to a non-agent third party.

Five Star Services will provide the opportunity to choose (opt-in) when their personal information to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected. Five Star Services will provide individuals with reasonable mechanisms to exercise their choices by contacting us via our Contact Us page.

We use other third parties to provide our services. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that services. This could include billing information provided to a credit card processing company to bill you for services or a mailing company so we can send you a newsletter.

Some third parties will provide us with information about you from publicly available sources to provide you a personalized experience while using our services. This information includes website information, social media handles, and other company information.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings or similar legal process, and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

We and our partners, advocates, or service providers use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts, to analyze trends, administer our website, tracking users' movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

We use cookies for our submission scripts, security, and for authentication. You can control the use of cookies within your individual browser settings. If you reject any cookies or delete our cookies your access to our websites will be terminated.

"Our Terms Of Use Policy"

For starters, no refund requests - No chargebacks - All sales are final - No exceptions.

We design all of our pages, submitters, and scripts using Windows 7 with the Chrome browser, and a screen resolution around 1300 pixels wide should you decide to use a different configuration then you may view our pages different and our submitters may not function properly for you.

"Is It Required That I Be On The Mailing List?"

Yes, being on our mailing list is mandatory. Sign-up here if you are currently not on the list. We'll usually send a letter once a day, sometimes not. We'll be sending information to help you with your marketing or to keep you posted on something important or maybe we'll send you an ad for one of our products and we send out a lot of free items.

"Items We Do Not Allow You To Promote"

"We Don't Allow Over Submitting"

There are limits on how often you can submit, there is a 6 hour timer on the Ad-Chain and a 10 minute timer on all other submissions. As with anything there's always going to be someone who finds a way to cheat the system, but remember this is a hand submission. You might crack a code but Shira, Rueben or one of the other Team Members in the Submission Department will catch you and from that point on no more of your ads will be sent out.

"Why We Discourage The Use Of Ad Trackers"

"We've found that several of the free email providers are filtering or sometimes deleting ads that use ad trackers and since 99% of the people we send to are using a free email provider then that's why we're asking that ad trackers not be used. If GMail for example is blocking all your emails that have trackers then how effective will your advertising be? Zero. What we're trying to avoid is for someone to send an ad with a tracker and we use our resources to send it all over the world and then it's deleted. So, you've been informed, that's all we can do. "Subscription Memberships"

You can cancel your subscription at anytime by writing to us via our Contact Us page at the link above. Be very descriptive, tell us the email address you used, the name used and the name of the membership level you're cancelling. The membership will be terminated the day we process the request, if you don't want the membership to be terminated immediately then do not request the subscription be cancelled. It's important that you understand that the day you cancel the subscription is the same day that your access to your member's area will be terminated so do not cancel the subscription until you are ready for the membership to end.

"Lifetime Memberships"

A lifetime membership gives you access to the program for the life of the program. A lifetime membership is not for your lifetime, we certainly aren't going to pay for a full staff and a network operation center if you're 20 and live to be 90. Our marketing group has programs that have been online for over 20 years, so determining the lifetime of a program is hard.

Determining what will kill one is easy. Leads. When the leads get so low that the program is no longer a viable marketing tool then we'll deem it dead and turn it off. A portion of our leads are generated from the lead capture forms of our group and our associates and a portion of our certified opt-in leads are aquired from reputible lead brokers with funds from the recurring revenue generated by subscriptions. So we encourage people to subscribe rather then purchase, which means somethimes we have to lower the subscription price or raise the lifetime price. It's in the group's best interest to keep the program alive and thriving for as long as possible.

"Lead Distribution"

We have been asked on several occasions to clarify the number of leads that a member is sending to at any given time. For example, our Silver Members and Gold Members send to the same lead pool that hold between 29 million and 31 million leads at any given time. The leads are split into 32 revolving databases.

Wouldn't you unsubscribe if you woke up and had 50 emails from Mildred the Marketer who wants you to join her business opportunity? That's why we use the revolving databases, they contain a smaller amount of leads in them, but the Member is always submitting to fresh new leads. The chance of getting the same database twice is 1 in 32 and if it hadn't been reloaded by the Lead Leveler would be unheard of.

As the number of Members grows each Member will send to fewer people per submission, but with there being no limit on the number of submissions that the Member can make in a day that shouldn't be an issue. We send to between 29 and 31 million leads daily and let's assume the database contained 30 million leads and if there were 50 Members each of them would be sending to 600,000 people each day.

"And For Legal Reasons We Must Say This Even Though It Sounds Ghastly!"

We reserve the right to alter, modify or terminate any of our services at anytime for any reason and may change any part of this policy without written notice to our Members, it is the sole responsibility of our Members to stay up to date on our policies. If a Member ever feels that our policies are too restricting to them then the Member's only recourse is to stop using our services.

This policy was reviewed by a staff member and is effective as of and when we change our policies we'll post the revised version here, we suggest that you check periodically for the newest version. An update notice will be in our daily letter.
